Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website at synapseir.club or by submitting an enquiry about any Synapseir learning program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and enrolled learners. Synapseir reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, dated accordingly.

Description of Our Programs

Synapseir offers structured online learning programs in AI development and Python programming, currently including:

• Foundations of AI & Python — Beginner Track (฿3,600): A self-paced introductory track designed for newcomers, covering Python basics, data handling, and core machine-learning concepts through guided projects.
• Applied Machine Learning — Project Track (฿16,800): A project-based track where learners build and refine practical models, with code reviews from mentors and access to the learner community.
• Mentorship & Capstone Program (฿33,500): An extended program pairing learners with an experienced mentor to plan and complete a substantial AI development project, with regular one-to-one sessions and feedback.

All programs are described as learning experiences. We do not make promises about outcomes, employment, income, or performance results of any kind.

03 // enrollment

Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in a Synapseir program is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Access to program materials and mentor sessions is provided to the enrolled individual only and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with other parties.

We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion. In the event enrollment is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Program access periods are communicated at the time of enrollment. Self-paced tracks remain accessible for the duration stated. Mentorship programs are governed by the schedule agreed with your assigned mentor.

Fees and Payment

Program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full before access is granted, unless a payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing with Synapseir.

All fees are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by Thai tax regulations. Synapseir does not offer payment plans as a default option, though individual enquiries may be considered case by case.

Prices are subject to change. The fee applicable to your enrollment is the fee confirmed in writing at the time of your enrollment.

05 // refunds

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 7 days of enrollment, before accessing any materials: a full refund is available on request.
• Within 14 days of enrollment, with limited access: a partial refund of 50% may be considered at our discretion.
• After 14 days or after substantial access to materials: refunds are not available as a standard option. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
• Mentorship sessions already conducted: are non-refundable once they have taken place.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your enrollment details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

06 // learner conduct

Expected Conduct

Synapseir maintains a respectful learning environment. All learners are expected to:

• Engage with mentors and the learner community in a courteous and constructive manner.
• Refrain from sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials outside the program without written permission.
• Submit original work in any assigned projects or code reviews.
• Not attempt to circumvent access controls or gain access to materials beyond their enrolled program.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner whose conduct causes harm to others or violates these expectations. In cases of termination for conduct reasons, fees paid are non-refundable.

07 // intellectual property

Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson content, exercises, worked examples, and program documentation created by Synapseir remain the intellectual property of Synapseir or its instructors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning during the access period.

You retain ownership of any original code or project work you produce during your program. You grant Synapseir a non-exclusive right to use anonymised learner project descriptions (without personal attribution) for illustrative purposes, unless you specifically object in writing.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate program enquiries and enrollment. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable Thai law or international regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages through our contact form.
• Reproduce or scrape website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or specific users at our discretion.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Synapseir's programs are educational in nature. We do not make claims about employment prospects, income potential, or skills attainment within specific timeframes. Learning outcomes depend on each individual's effort, background, and commitment.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Synapseir's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or programs is limited to the fees paid by you for the program in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our programs or website.

10 // governing law

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of Synapseir's programs or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
